The Circular Products & Services Lab is organizing a Research Talk on the pharmaceutical theme “Delivering health: the new frontier of pharmacy” on Monday, September 29, at 2:00 p.m. in room SMT5, Polo Santa Marta, University of Verona, home of the Center and the Department of Management.
During the seminar, there will be an opportunity to examine the topic of pharmacy services through new scientific research presented by LOOP researchers, as well as to create new knowledge through a participatory approach. Pharmacy Services is an example of an initiative that promotes local healthcare services, creating social, environmental, and economic value.
The event will be featuring Prof. Kristina Heinonen from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki and other top representatives from Federfarma and entrepreneurs in the pharmaceutical sector, boosting the event's impact on the topic of service-oriented pharmacies, sustainability, and the circular economy. Prof. Heinonen is recognized as one of the leading experts in service management and service-dominant logic, as evidenced by her extensive scientific output and its impact. Her keynote speech will enable a high-level discussion with stakeholders in the pharmaceutical system, translating academic evidence into applicable models and metrics.
